Contact Information
Imagine this situation: you receive a call from a subject or monitor informing you that the planned ePRO has not been sent. It is possible that a typo was made when entering the contact details. Now you need to update the contact details for this subject. Or a subject informs you that they would like the ePROs to be sent to a different email address. In this video, we will show you how to quickly and easily make this change with just a few clicks. If you cannot see the fields shown in the video or cannot edit them, you lack the respective rights to do so. Please contact your study coordinator for this.
Files uploads
There are several locations in our system where you can upload files for a subject or an entire study. In this video, we will focus on the file upload in the subject profile. Please note that only certain file types can be uploaded. For more information refer to our Knowledge Base article "Permitted data types for file upload." Please note that you need view and update rights for Subject files for this action. If you cannot see the “file uploads” field or cannot upload or download files, please contact your monitor or project manager.
