Query Overview

Find out what information you can obtain directly from the query overview.

You have the option to display all queries of a study on one page. To do this, click on the "Queries" button in your study, which you find in the sidebar on the left. A window will open with all the queries and their respective status (marked in color) and various other information, such as the location of the query (step > form > field).

Good to know!

Both eCRF and (S)AE queries are listed here. (S)AE queries show the study step "(S)AE".

You will only see queries of sites and subjects that you have rights for and access to.

If you click on the eye symbol, only the column with the previous history of the query opens in this view. If you click on the symbol directly next to the eye, you will be forwarded to the form and input field where the query was created and the query itself will open as well. You can edit the query in both cases. For details, refer to the applicable article.
In this column, you can see whether the query was created automatically or manually. If both options are in this field, it means that both automated and manual queries were made for the question.

You can always search for the queries of a specific subject in this query overview.

Good to know!

For a refined search, use the toggle icon next to the search bar to sort your queries based on specific information, such as query status, subject ID, site.

Useful searches include "status = open" for sites to filter only for queries that they need to edit; monitors should filter for "status = unconfirmed/confirmed/resolved" to review the sites' replies.

Furthermore, you also have the option of using the upper tab "Created by me" to display all the queries that you have created (if applicable).
Last but not least, you can always display the queries that you have edited with the upper tab "Updated by me".
You also have the option to archive queries. To do this, select the relevant queries in the overview on the far left and then click on "actions". Here, you can click in "archive query". Please note that you can only do this if you have the necessary rights.
You can also create so-called smart filters in the query overview. Read more about this in the following article.
