How to set up custom notifications for (S)AEs (Step 5)

Learn how to create custom notifications for your (S)AEs to stay up to date.



⭐ The basic setting of the (S)AE notifications and the general notifications is almost identical. This article highlights the special features of (S)AE notifications. If you would like more information about the general notifications, please read the following article: How do I create notifications within trigger events? (Step 5).



(S)AE actions


  1. First select whether you want to get notified in case of an AE and SAE or in case of only one of them (SAE or AE). Afterwards select all (S)AE actions for which you want to trigger notifications within Climedo or via email. 
  2. In step 2, you have the option to also select the (S)AE creator as a recipient for the notification
  3. In the last step ("Message"), you can select to attach the (S)AE report as PDF as well as the Changelog (all audit trail logs since the last (S)AE trigger) to the notification. These options are only available if "email" was chosen in Step 3, "Channel(s)".



Missing (S)AE Signatures


You can also send reminders to recipients about missing signatures on (S)AEs. The regular reminders can be scheduled daily, weekly and bi-weekly at a specific timestamp. Recipients will get an overview of all open/not fully signed (S)AEs in the study.
