Learn what you can edit in Study Step 2 "Access".
TABLE OF CONTENTS |
Here are some examples to give you an overview of Climedo's structure and the wording on who has access to a study:
In Step 2 of your study you can edit the "Access" to your study. There are three different tabs: "Collaborators" > "Roles" > "Sites".
⚠️ We recommend the following order for your set-up: Start by setting up your Roles, then your Sites and finally your Collaborators. Otherwise you will notice that in order to set up a collaborator, you will first need a role to choose from. |
Roles:
See all the different roles you have created and edit them individually. For example, you can create a role such as "Data Manager" or "Investigator" and determine whether this role is able to "read", "update", "export" or even "sign" data from your study. You can edit the rights of each role individually per module (e.g. scheduled events, (S)AE module, queries). There are several sample roles provided by Climedo which can be used, updated or deleted from the study. For details click here: How can I set up user roles?
Sites:
Add all the different sites that are participating in your study, assign a Site ID and select the country in which they are located. For details, click here.
Collaborators:
Here you have an overview of all the collaborators in the study and can create new ones. You can add collaborators by filling in personal information including email address and name, add their site access, give them one or several role(s) in the study and edit their management rights. You also need to choose if your collaborator is a guest user or main user. For details click here.
Video
When using our software, you will encounter two different types of users - the main user and the guest user. In this video, we explain these user types. Furthermore you will learn about the abilities of both groups.
